2. A 30% deposit must be made within an hour of the initial booking, or the dates will remain vacant.
3. 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due within 24 hours of booking
4. Finalize payment 5 days prior to arrival
5. 20% Breakage deposit upon signing of house rules agreement 24 hours prior to arrival
